5. What We’re Building — And Why It’s Different

Up until this point, the goal wasn’t to create something new.

It was to understand what actually works
in real life.

Not in ideal routines.
Not in perfectly structured days.

But in the middle of busy schedules,
unpredictable evenings,
and limited energy.

And after testing different approaches,
one thing became clear.

What people need isn’t more products.

It’s a way to use them
without having to think about it every time.

That’s what led to what we’re building now.

Instead of selling individual sheet masks,
we started thinking in something else.

Sequences.

Not random usage.
Not one-off treatments.

But small, intentional routines
designed around specific situations.

Because in real life,
people don’t follow perfect schedules.

They respond to moments.

A long week.
An important event.
A night when you finally have 15 minutes to yourself.

So instead of asking:

“What product should I use?”

We started asking:

“What does this moment need?”

And from there, we built structured routines.

Each one designed to be:

clear
simple
and easy to follow without overthinking

Not something you have to figure out.

But something you can just use.

Because the goal was never to make skincare more complex.

It was to remove the friction
that makes people stop.

So that taking care of yourself
doesn’t feel like another task.

But something you can actually come back to.
