My dermatologist mentioned PDRN offhand during an appointment, said it was showing up in a lot of the newer Korean skincare and worth looking into if I was concerned about firmness. I wrote it down and forgot about it for a few months. When I came across this set and saw PDRN listed in multiple masks I figured it was at least worth trying.
I'll be honest, I've wasted hundreds of dollars on firming products before. Creams that promised lifted contours and delivered nothing I could see. So I wasn't going in with high expectations. I used the first two masks in the same week and didn't notice much, which I expected. The third session was when something shifted. My skin just felt different when I washed my face in the morning. Hard to describe exactly but it had more resistance to it.
The thing that got me was a comment from my husband about two weeks in. He didn't know I was using anything new, just said I looked well rested. That's usually code for something changed and he can't place it. My jawline looked cleaner in the mirror, cheeks sat a little higher. Not dramatic, not like a procedure, just more like how my face used to look a few years ago.
